American Insulock Inc. Announces The Status And Condition Of The Company
American Insulock Inc. (the "Company'") announces the successful completion of Phase 1 of restructuring and financial stabilization of the Company. The initial transition is complete. The marketing, sales, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and beneficial relationships with multi-billion dollar companies is completed. Phase 2 is now being executed that will originate the contracts to initiate revenues for the Company. The Company at this time is meeting all financial obligations for the daily operations of the Company.
During the past six (6) months the Company has achieved milestones of significant achievement under the leadership of the President, Robert Jamieson Sr. and the support of his advisors, to position the Company as a dominate force in the building products industry, with an exclusive manufacturing alliance and affiliations with industry leaders to market the Insulock Block products. There are approximately 44 seasoned professionals executing the Company strategy of Phase 2. The Company is also proceeding with the international operations as planned.
There is a primary focus for the design, build, bond, and offering "payment terms" to the Department of Transportation's at the Federal and State levels for sound wall construction that affords the Company with an exceptional competitive advantage. The Company has no competition who can offer a complete turn-key program.
The Company has plans to establish an Advisory Committee of seasoned professionals Stephen Chalk and Barry Edelstein. Both have extensive Wall Street experience and financial backgrounds. Their experience in marketing and sales with Federal and State relationships will further the sales potential for the Company.
Shareholders shall have constant access to the management team, and one of the advisors Keith A. Gulledge has been appointed to focus with Ms. Enna Keller as liaison to the Shareholders.
The Shareholders support and have assisted in the decisions of the Company.
